a fantastic stay!

clean room juice choice transportation pass d i m l y l i t t o i l e t
I booked a double room mansarde altstadt. it was very clean. the breakfast offered many good choices. I especially liked the fresh juice. upon checking in, we received transportation passes. It included all public transportation for our stay, like the bus and tram.
The toilets in the basement were dimly lit. i fell descending the stairs. the staff only offered ice. There was nothing else they could do.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. i was surprised someone spoke to me in spanish. They understood all my needs. the multilingual staff artfully picked up on my language, it was amazing.

The breakfast was delicious with varied options (especially the fresh pastries). The pool on the top floor offered panoramic views of the mountains. Staff provided quick service. I appreciated the convenient parking located directly at the hotel.
I found the gym to be quite small with limited equipment.
